Hello everyone
We have had many new followers on both Facebook and Instagram lately so we thought we would take the time to re-introduce ourselves and welcome everyone to our new blog. Our names are Nigel and Rosanne, and along with many members of our family we have been running Treeside Alpacas for 12 years. We now own 7 Alpacas, all with their own unique personalities as many of you will know if you have attended any of our recent events! So far in 2018 we have more than doubled our attendance at shows with Leeds Wool Festival, Dinosaur Day at Thurnscoe and Lotherton Hall’s Yorkshire day being our most popular!
More recently we have endeavoured to add to our stall including wooden Alpacas and hand carding our own fleece. Our fleece has been used for a variety of crafts including needle felting, spinning with eventually knitting and even dryer balls or fun mementos!
Our goals for the next part of 2018 are to further develop our stall, encourage more visitors to our farm for treks and to potentially add new furry members to our family! Also keep an eye out for exciting news regarding a chance to adopt one of our Alpacas!
One way you can help us achieve our goals is to leave us a review via Facebook or Trip Advisor (coming soon) if you have visited us or attended one of our recent events. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of your continued support, write soon!
